When & Where
When
Saturday 29th – Monday 31st May 2027
A whole weekend of it. Come for all of it if you can — arrivals from Saturday afternoon, the ceremony on Sunday, and a slow farewell on Monday morning.
The kitchen is open all weekend. Snacks and drinks are available at any time, throughout the whole weekend — so please help yourself whenever you like.
Travel & Stay
Travel
By car
Gaveston Hall is roughly an hour from central London and well signposted from the A281. There is plenty of on-site parking, and you're welcome to leave a car overnight and collect it before you head off. [Placeholder — we'll add exact directions and a what3words pin.]
By train
The nearest stations are Horsham and Christs Hospital, both a short taxi ride from the venue. Trains run direct from London Victoria and London Bridge. [Placeholder — we'll confirm the best station, journey times and a taxi number.]
Stay
On site
There are a limited number of rooms at Gaveston Hall itself, allocated to close family and the wedding party. [Placeholder — we'll explain how on-site rooms are being arranged.]
Nearby
There's a good range of hotels, inns and B&Bs within a 15–20 minute drive, plus camping and glamping options if you fancy making a weekend of it outdoors. [Placeholder — we'll list a few recommended places to book, with rough prices.]
Schedule
A rough shape for the weekend — timings may shift a little, but this is the plan. Remember: the kitchen is open throughout, so no need to go hungry between anything.
Gift Registry
Your being there is the real gift — genuinely, having you with us for the weekend is more than enough. But for anyone who's asked, we've put together a little something below. [Placeholder — we'll add a short note and the registry link when it's ready.]
